Can I customize just a small number of chairs?
Yes. Small batch customization is available on selected existing Wildhiker SKUs. It can include logo placement on the chair fabric and packaging.
Can I change the chair color?
Color customization is generally part of large batch projects. For 200+ units, we can review color direction based on the project scope.
Can I create a fully custom chair style?
Large batch projects may include style or detail adjustments depending on quantity, design requirements, and production feasibility.
What is the estimated lead time?
Small batch projects are typically about 1 month after details and artwork are confirmed. Large batch projects are typically about 2 months after project scope is confirmed.
What logo file should I provide?
Vector files such as AI, PDF, or SVG are preferred. High-resolution PNG files may also work depending on the project.
Is 200 units the minimum for large batch customization?
Yes. Large batch customization starts at 200+ units.
