We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there’s a problem with your order, please read the policy below and contact us so we can assist you.
1. Damaged or Faulty Items
If the product has an issue not caused by the buyer:

Please take clear photos of the product and email them to yishuw@funtown.cn.

Once confirmed by our customer service team, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
2. Returns Without Quality Issues

Returns for reasons other than product defects (e.g., change of mind, dislike of color, size preference) are generally not accepted.

If an exception is approved, only the product cost will be refunded. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Returned items must be in unused condition and in original packaging.
3. Return Authorization

All returns must be approved in advance by our customer service team.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Please contact us at yishuw@funtown.cn to obtain a return authorization before sending items back.
4. Important Notice (To Prevent Misuse)

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements if returned items show signs of use, intentional damage, or missing parts.

Refunds will only be processed after we have received and inspected the returned product.
5. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been inspected and approved.
