ORDERS

How do I place an order?

  1. Browse our products and click “Add to Cart.”

  2. Go to your cart in the upper right corner and review your order.

  3. Enter your shipping and billing information.

  4. Select your payment method and complete checkout.

  5. You will receive an Order Confirmation email shortly.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be changed or canceled before fulfillment. Please email us at yishuw@funtown.cn within 24 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, we are unable to make changes.

What if I entered the wrong address?
Please contact us immediately at yishuw@funtown.cn. If your order has not yet shipped, we can update the address. If the package has already been sent, unfortunately we cannot make changes.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation email.
Please check your Spam/Junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us at yishuw@funtown.cn and we will resend it.

How do I use a promo code?
Enter your promo code at checkout in the “Discount code” field. Valid discounts will be automatically applied.


PAYMENT

What currency are your prices in?
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal. All payments are processed securely.

Does the product price include tax and duties?

  • U.S. orders include applicable taxes at checkout.

  • International orders may be subject to customs or import duties, which are the buyer’s responsibility.


SHIPPING

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States.
Additional fees may apply for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other remote regions.

How much is shipping?

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the continental U.S.

  • Remote areas and international shipping will be calculated at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

  • Orders are fulfilled from our U.S. warehouses (including Amazon fulfillment centers).

  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days within the continental U.S.

  • Remote regions and international orders may take longer.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships.

Why did I only receive part of my order?
For faster delivery, items may ship in separate packages. All remaining items will arrive soon.

Why does tracking show “delivered” but I didn’t receive my package?
Please check with your neighbors, household members, or local carrier office. If the package is still missing, contact us at yishuw@funtown.cn and we’ll help resolve it.

My shipment is delayed—can I get a refund?
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, please contact us. We will issue a replacement or full refund under our Delivery Guarantee.


RETURNS

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please visit our Returns Policy page or email yishuw@funtown.cn to start a return.
